**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO (THE OBJECTS) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF PUBLIC POLICY STUDIES IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, GRANTS AND OTHER RESOURCES TO STUDENTS AND ACADEMICS IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC POLICY STUDIES AND TO CONDUCT AND DISSEMINATE RESEARCH IN THE ABOVE REFERENCED FIELD AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH.
