Accounting and Reporting by Chartties issued in 2005 in preparing the annual report and
financial statements of the Chanty.

A Management Committee. the members of which a￿ the trustees manages the affairs of
the charity. The Management Committee manages the business of the chanty including the
paying of all expenses.
Trustees..
Truslees, who are all members of the executive committee, and who served during the year.
The trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting. for memL*rshlp of the Executive
Committee and seNe until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. where they can
stand for re- election as rnem￿ers of the new Executwe Committee.

Trustees responsibilities in relation to the financial statements.. The committee or Trustees
are required by charitys law io prepare financial statements for each financial year whiGh
give a true and lair view of the finanaal activities of the charity and of its financial the end of
that year.
In preparing those financial statements the Trustees are required to".
The Trustees are responsib￿ for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the Financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations and United lthngdom
Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generalty Accepted Accounting PractiGel. The law
applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the Tiustees lo prepare Financial
statements for each financial year which gNe a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of
the eharrty and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the ¢hanty for that
period. In preparing these Financial Statements, the Trustees are required to..
- Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistenby,
- Observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP.,
- Make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent,.
Prepare the Financial Statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate lo
presume that the charity will continue in operation
The Tnjstees are responsible for keeping proper accounkn.ng records that disclose wth
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to
ensure that the Financial Statements compty wth the Charities Act 2011.
The Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the trust deed.
They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charrty and hen¢e for taking
reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and oth8r irregLtlariti8s
VOLUNTEERS.
The Trustees wish to record their appreciation on behalf of the Charity and community for
the volunteers who assist irt the smooth running of the Charity and are critical in helping to
keeps the running costs down.
RISK REVIEW..
The Trustees have conducted their own review of the major risks to Nthieh the Charity is
exposed and steps have been initiated lo minlmise the bdentrfied risks. All functions of the
Charity are subjected to periodic review resulting in a process of ongoing improvement.
All stsff and volunteers are trained and have all the required sLgtutory and regulatory
dearantss required.

SERIOUS INCIDENTSAND EXCEPTIONS..
The Trustees are pleased to note, that there were no incidents which gave rise to the need
for the Trustees to lodge a Senous Incident Report wlh the Charity Commission.
Furthermore. there were no Excepts'ons recorded and which gave rise to the need for the
Trustees to record on the Charity's Exceplions, Regtster.
RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS..
During the year the Charity was under the control ol Trustees and Management Commrttee
members as listed above.
No members of the management committee received any remuneration during the year.
No trustee or other person related lo the charity had any personal interest in any ¢ontract or
transaction entered into by the charity during the year.
RESERVE POLICY
It is the policy of the charity that unrestricted funds, which have not been designated for a
speafic use. shcukl be maintained at a level equNalent to its expenditure. The Trustees
consider that reseNes al this level will ensure that in the event of a significant drop in
funding. They will be able lo continue the charity's current activities while consideration is
gwen to ways in which additional funds may be raised. The Centre will actively work to
achieve this level of reserves.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER
According to the provisions of thè Charibes Act 2008 and updated 2011, the Committee has
agreed that and audit is not required for this financial year. H¢)wever due to provisions of the
same act an independent examiner is required and Capstone Accountants appointed as
external Accountant or Inde￿ndent Examiner.
This report. which has been p￿pa￿d in ac¢ordanGe with the Ststement of Recommended
Practice
ISORP) Accounting and Reporting by Charrt￿$ issued in 2005.

and they consider that the trust is exempt from an audil. It is our responsibility to cary out
procedures designed to enable us to report our opinion lo you.

We conducted our work in accordance with the Statement of Standards for Reporbng
Accountants, and $0 our prc¢edures consisted of ￿rnparing the a¢￿Unts with the accounting
records kept by the charity. and making such limited enquiries of the trustees and officers as we
nsidered necessaryfor the purpose of this report. These procedures provide only the assurance
expressed in our opinion.

1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparatlon
The Financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, as modified by
the revaluation of certain fixed assets and investments measured at market value.
The Financial Slatements have been prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting
Standard for Smaller Entities (effecllve January 2015). and the requirements of Accounts'ng and
Reporting by Chanlies..
Statement of Recommended Pra¢ti¢e applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Financial RePo￿"n9 Standard for Smaller Entits'es (effeclive January 2015)
ISORP 2015).
Voluntary income and donations are included in incoming re50urGe5 when they are Teceivable,
except when the donors specify that they musl be used in future accounting periods or
donors, conditions have not been fulfilled, then the income is deferred. The income from
fundraising ventures is shown gross, with the associated costs in¢luded in fundraising costs.
