We had 2 slipendiary ministers during this
period, however the maiorily of the
administration of the charity and the
running of its activities is carried out by
volunteers. Roughly 55 volunteers are
involved every week, and they contribute
around 225 hours of work.

Achievements and Performance
SORP refersnee
We have opened for worship every week
and for special se￿iceS and festivals We
have embedded a mid-week afternoon
seNice aimed at those that find Sunday
mornings difficult. We hold a weekly prayer
group and a Bible Study which meets Mice
a month We have supported families with
funerals for their relatives. We have
continued to run a Craft and Chal al one
venue and Knit and Natter, Puzzles and
Prattle at another. Our longstanding Boys,
Brigade and Girls, Brigade have continued
to meet, and we supported the Circuil
Children's Group with a venue and
volunteers. We have facilitated a food bank
al one of the churches providing Spa￿ for
storage and personnel. We are continuing
to work on improving the access lo one of
the buildings and increasing the community
use of all venues. As part of our outreach
to the wider community we have held a
wide range of events. including Games
Days, Strawberry teas, Church (Beellel
drives, Family Fortunes and Concerts and
QLJizzes We have continued to work on
maintaining our building, fulfilling the
requirements of our Quinquennial
inspection and our insurers, aiming lo keep
our buildin

Reserves policy for General Funds
We have a reserve of 5 months average expenditure. All of our buildings are in need of repair and
maintenance costs are expected to rise. The boiler at Boldmere is cutrently out of action and there is
some doubl as lo whether it can be repaired. Kingstanding's roof is an ongoing concem and Nechells
needs a fire alarm system installing.

Kingstanding has £1734 in the Youth Fund This is to be used for any of the circuit youth initiatives,
including holiday clubs, Xseed, Circuit Kids etc.
There is currently £10479 in the Nechells Project account. Although the original project has been
abandoned there are still parts of the project that can be carried out.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination {other than that disclosed below'} which give me cause to believe
that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act., or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a propel understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
