(1) Advancement of the religion of Islam and all actions associated with it.

(2) The relief and assistance of people who are the victims of war or natural disaster, trouble, or catastrophe by the supply of necessary provisions to such persons.

(1) We have endeavoured for the advancement of the religion of Islam through providing places of worship, raising awareness about Islam and furthering the understanding of Islamic religious beliefs and practices through community events. (2) We stand ready for relief and assistance efforts including co-operating with others to get aid to the right places, identifying the real needs of those affected by disaster and ways of meeting those needs. Noting that our primary focus is local not international efforts. Section D Achievements and performance
This is the first annual report presented after the creation of the Charity Summary of the main inline with the filing deadlines specified by the Charities Commission. achievements of the charity During this first period of account, we have delivered a number of during the year community events, carried out fundraising activities, workshops and regular prayer groups in line with the objectives of the Charity. We have focussed on expanding our userbase and raising our profile in the community so the local community is aware of us and actively participate in the events organised by the Charity to bring the community together. We have started to develop a growing base of regular subscribers to the Charity who support us in raising funds for the regular and seasonal programs that we have delivered during this period.
Section E Financial review
Currently there are no earmarked reserves for special projects. We have Brief statement of the plans to raise funds to procure a permanent place where we can conduct charity’s policy on reserves our prayer groups and community events on a more permanent basis. As of now all our events are held at various rented premises within the local area. Details of any funds materially None. in deficit

Section A Independent Examiner’s Report
Report to the trustees Imam Hassan Foundation On accounts for the year 31 December 2024 Charity no 1204767 ended (if any) Set out on pages (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets)
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2024 .
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
-
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
