Alauddin Siddiqui Trust 15 Roverned by its Trustee Board which is responslble for settlng the strategic
dlrection of the organisation and the policy of the charity. The trustees carry the ultimate
responsibility for the conduct ol Alauddin Siddiqui Trust and for ensuring that the charity satisfies its
legal and contractual obligations. The trustees may delegate the implementatlon ol thelr decisions or
d3V-to-day management of the affairs of the Charity to any employee of the Charity. person or
commlttee as they think flt. Any committee must include at least one Trustee.
Decisions are deterrnined by a slmple majority of votes. In the case of an equallty of votes the
Chairman of the meeting has the casting Vote.

The charlty constltutes a publlc beftelit entity as dellned by FRS 102. The financial staternents have
been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charitie5'. Statement of
Recommended Practice appllcable to charities preparing accounts in accordance with the Finallci31
Reporting Standard èpplicable in the UK ènd Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 issued on 16 july 2014, the
FinaNcÈal Reporting Standard applicable In the United Kingdom and Republic ol Ireland IFRS 1021, the
Charities Act 2011, the Campanies Act 2006 and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice as it
pplies from I january 2015.
