REPORT
Fighting Hunger.
Building Futures!

## **Welcome to FeedMe**

A charity dedicated to supporting families and individuals including those facing homelessness, dietary restrictions, unemployment, and mental health challenges. We provide comprehensive food assistance and holistic well-being programs while addressing the broader challenges associated with poverty. Operating in London, Manchester, Essex, and Gateshead, we help marginalised individuals improve both their physical and mental well-being.

2

## Our Mission

At FeedMe, our mission is to alleviate hunger and promote self-sufficiency among vulnerable individuals. We go beyond providing food vouchers by integrating nutritional education, physical activity programs, recycling initiatives, and career development opportunities to foster long-term stability and well-being. Who We Support

We assist financially struggling families, those with dietary restrictions, individuals facing homelessness, unemployed individuals, and people dealing with mental health challenges. Our support is tailored to each person's needs, ensuring they receive the assistance necessary to overcome their unique struggles.

3

## **Our Approach**

**Customised Nutritional Assistance:** Providing food vouchers tailored to dietary needs. **Physical Activity Programs:** Encouraging well-being through sports and fitness initiatives. **Recycling Initiatives:** Promoting sustainability while providing essential resources such as reading material. **Environmental Projects:** Providing gardening sessions to improve mental health and provide fresh food to poor children.

4

## **Our Approach**

**Career Development Opportunities:** Equipping individuals with skills to achieve financial independence. **Educational Sessions:** Teaching children, teens, and adults about financial literacy, healthy living, and self-sufficiency. **Community Awareness Campaigns:** Highlighting poverty-related issues and advocating for better nutrition.

5

## **Our Future Vision**

**FeedMe envisions a future where no family goes hungry, and every individual has access to the resources they need to thrive. We aim to:**

## **Our Success Story SwimInclusion**

**Key Barriers Addressed**

## **Religious considerations:**

Offering single-gender and culturally appropriate swimming sessions.

One of our most impactful projects, SwimInclusion, was created to provide a safe and inclusive swimming program for young people facing various challenges.

## **Neurodiverse needs:**

Catering to youth with ADHD, autism, social, and emotional difficulties.

## **Holistic well-being:**

Combining physical engagement with mental and social development.

_With the support of local organisations and businesses, SwimInclusion successfully overcame these barriers, creating opportunities for marginalised youth to gain life skills and enhance their overall well-being._

## **Join Us in Making a Difference**

## **Join Us in Making a Difference**

FeedMe is committed to creating lasting change, but we cannot do it alone. With the support of our funders, partners, and volunteers, we can expand our impact and bring sustainable solutions to those who need them most.

## **Support Us Today**

Your support can change lives and provide hope for a brighter future. Together, we can fight hunger, empower individuals, and build stronger communities. **Thank you for believing in our mission!**
