Mr taylor opened the meeting at 7pm
mr taylor stated that we had now received 2 grants and was more confident in compiling these now. We all agreed to pursue more grants to get the project up and running properly.
The income and expenditure was agreed by all,
It was noted that several birds were already on site which is positive and recording of sightings being made
There was no other business and the meeting was closed at 19.30
