Achievements and Performance
SORP tÈferen
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity.
identifying the differen￿ the
charity s work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Due to it being Ihe first year of the charity
with a shortened period, there was limited
scope as to the impact the charity was able
to have in a financial sense. Although this
was a re51riction, the charity was still able to
generate over £1,000 of income through a
raffle and a collection at an art exhibition
which was seen as a success.
Outside the scope of any finanGial impact,
the charity has also undertaken a role in
assisting the community which cannot so
easily be measured. In the year the charity
carried out various food bank collections,
these resulted in thousands of donated
items wrth the dates of the collections being
in key times of year. e.g. Christmas. The
Trustees deem this to be a large and
successful part of the annual operations of
the charity.
As well as the food bank colleclions, the
charity also undertook a project in the local
area where il took an unused ple￿ of land
and tumed it in a cornmunily peace garden
using only native plant species) for people
to use as a quiet Spa￿ lo retreat to assist
with mental health in the community as well
as remove an e e sore in the area.

Financial Review
Review of the charity s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1 21
The charity was deemed to be in a good
financial position at the end of the financial
period. Considering there were only 9
months of operation, and the charrty was
getting itself off the ground, it did well to
create a reasonable amount of funds so
that any causes in need of help could
reTrive it.
There are no specific policies held by the
trust in respect of holding reseNes, but it is
deemed by members that the trust should
hold onto a reasonable amount of reserves
so that any unforeseen local emergencies
can be assisted financially. This is at the
discretion of the trustees.
Resetves held al the end of the year to
3010612024 were £1,107 (unrestricted) and
