## Objectives and Activities 

The charity’s objectives are: 

1. OUTREACH: Spread God's word/bring people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. 

2. WORSHIP, FELLOWSHIP & MINISTRY: Live, Celebrate and Demonstrate God's Love together in the light of His presence through Song, Prayer, Giving, Hearing and Sharing His Word as well as Caring for each other. 

3. DISCIPLESHIP: Educate and Mentor people on their positions and privileges in God, towards growth, maturity and perfection. 

During the year the charity carried out the following regular main activities to achieve these objectives: 

Physical Sunday morning church services, On-line Friday night prayer sessions. On-line Saturday evening prayers and Fellowship 

## Public Benefit 

The trustees confirm they have complied with their duty under the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Commission’s guidance on public benefit: 

“Our services, prayer meetings, and fellowship activities are open to all and provide spiritual support, community connection, and care for the wider public”.

## Achievements and Performance 

Key achievements during the year included: 

Significant growth in consistent attendance witnessed at all regular church services, as well as prayer and fellowship activities. 

## Financial Review 

- The charity’s gross income for the year was £6,409.63 

- Expenditure for the year was £4,423.69 

- The closing bank balance at year end was £1,985.94 

- The charity remains financially stable with modest reserves. 

## Structure, Governance and Management 

• The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), governed by a constitution registered with the Charity Commission. 

- Trustees are appointed in accordance with the provisions of that constitution.
