	We operate on a non-profit basis, our CIO policy states that there should

	Trustees consider that the reserves at this level will ensure that, in the
	event of a significant drop in our funding, we will be able to continue the

	maintained over this year. The trustees aim to build on this level of
	reserves over the forthcoming year.
