## **Fivehead Village Hall & Playing Field CIO – (1204704) Trustees Annual Report 2023/2024** 

This charity was started on 13[th] September 2023 in order to merge 2 existing charities, Fivehead Playing Field (304544) and Fivehead Village Hall (304543), continuing their purpose of providing recreational facilities and activities for the residents of the Parish of Fivehead and Swell. 

The merger process has proved to be complex and therefore has taken longer than anticipated. The new charity (Fivehead Village Hall & Playing Field CIO 1204704) is therefore not yet operational. 

Therefore there is no Trustees Annual Report for the year 2023/2024. There was no activity, including financial transactions or meetings during this year. The 2 remaining charities are continuing to fulfil the purpose of this charity until a smooth transition can take place. 

All 3 charities remain separate for now. 

The constitution demands an AGM takes place within 18 months of starting the charity. This was held on 4[th] March 2025; the annual financial report and trustees report for 2024/2025 will be submitted shortly
