## **Annual Report and Accounts (November 2024-November 2025)** 

## **Current Trustees: Tony Bates, Donald Kane, Kevin Morrison, Richard Lucas** 

The Foundation’s last year was a period of consolidation for the Charity following the resignation of a number of Trustees (who had been actively involved in delivering the Charity’s activities throughout 2024) in December 2024. We have also reluctantly accepted the resignation of Richard Lucas. 

The remaining Trustees have recognised the need to recruit new Trustees with additional capacity to drive the Charity forward but these attempts have not been successful thus far. The Trustees will continue with these attempts in 2025/26. 

The Trustees met on a number of occasions and decided to allocate more of their financial reserves to support Aberystwyth Town’s Male Academy, Female Academy and Disability Team (“Aber Stars”), and are working to transfer control of the bank account to the new Trustees in order to facilitate this.
