## **2. Structure, Governance and Management** 

Feed the Na�on is a registered charitable trust governed by a trust deed. 

The trustees are responsible for the overall management and control of the charity. Trustees are recruited based on skills and experience relevant to the charity’s objec�ves and are appointed through a formal selec�on process. 

## **3. Objec�ves and Ac�vi�es** 

## **Objec�ves** 

The charity’s objec�ves are: 

- To relieve poverty by providing food aid to vulnerable individuals and families across the UK 

- To promote food security and reduce hunger 

## **Ac�vi�es** 

To achieve these objec�ves, Feed the Na�on: 

- Operates community food distribu�on programmes 

- Partners with local food banks and shelters 

- Runs awareness campaigns on food insecurity 

guidance issued by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. 



## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

During the year, Feed the Na�on: 

- Distributed over **XXX meals** to individuals in need 

- Partnered with **XXX local organisa�ons** across England and Wales 

- Launched a winter emergency food programme reaching **XXX households**
