## **CHILD BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT INITIATIVETRUSTEES' ANNUAL REPORT FOR 03/06/2024 - 02/06/2025** 

## **Introduction** 

We present the Trustees' Annual Report for Child Bereavement Support Initiative (Charity Number 1204679) for the financial year ended 02/06/2025. Unfortunately, the charity has not operated during this financial year. The charity trustees will continue to work towards fulfilling the charity's objectives and are committed to resuming operations soon. 

## **Governance** 

The charity is governed by a board of trustees who are also the only voting members of the organization. The trustees have a collective responsibility for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity. The trustees have a schedule to meet regularly throughout the year to discuss the charity's plans and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

## **Financial Review** 

Due to the charity not operating during this financial year, there have been no financial transactions to report. The charity recently opend a bank account for its operations, but there are no financial transactions or grants received to date (bank statement attached).The trustees are actively working towards starting operations in the current year. Once we start operations, the trustees will ensure that proper financial controls are in place to safeguard the charity's assets and ensure transparency in financial reporting. 

## **Future Plans** 

The trustees are determined to resume the charity's operations and to continue working towards fulfilling the charity's objectives. Plans are underway to recruit new volunteers and to secure funding to support the charity's activities. The trustees are also exploring new opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance the charity's impact in the community.

## **Conclusion** 

Despite not operating during this financial year, the trustees remain committed to the charity's mission and are optimistic about the future.
