**Objects:** CHILD BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT INITIATIVE OFFERS BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT TO BLACK FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WHO HAS MISCARRIED OR LOST A CHILD BEFORE, DURING AND SHORTLY AFTER DELIVERY IN ENGLAND, WALES SCOTLAND, AND NORTHERN IRELAND THROUGH PERSONAL COUNSELLING, COMMUNITY NETWORKS AND BLACK MATERNAL HEALTH CAMPAIGNS.

**Activities:** The activities of the CIO are to relieve the needs of ethnic minoritycommunities for the public benefit, by providing Child BereavementSupport for those who have miscarried or lost a child before, duringand shortly after delivery in England, Wales,Scotland, and Northern Ireland, through personal counselling,community networking and ethnic minority maternal healthcampaign.
