Activities
The Tarrisse Murphy Foundation is a family-based CIO whose objectives are to promote medical and other research into the prevention, management and cure of disabling diseases and conditions. We fund a range of research and awareness-raising projects and assist with developing resources most likely to deliver real benefit to those living with long-term health conditions.
Objects: (1) The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health For The Public Benefit By Providing Grant Funding To Registered Charities And Other Organisations Carrying Out And Disseminating Medical Research; And (2) To Relieve The Charitable Needs Of People Who Are Diagnosed With A Long-Term Health Condition For The Public Benefit By Providing Grant Funding To Registered Charities And Other Organisations In Particular But Not Exclusively For Research, Awareness Raising And For The Development Of Resources So That Such People, Their Families And Carers, Are Enabled To Live With And Manage Such Conditions.
