The Eirlys Trust is made up of four trustees. There is a treasurer, chair, vice chair and secretary. The trustees meet monthly to manage the running of the Charity. There are three new members about to join as Trustees. At present trustees are recruited via word of mouth.
The focus of the last year has been to take forward the work of the Eirlys trust, prepare a business plan and research the best way of taking the Charity forward. The trustees have been researching the best property to purchase to ensure the objectives of the CIO can be met. We have sought advice on applying for further grants.
