## Overview of the year
May 2023: Team Caitlin was formed
June 2023: The online store opened
September 2023: BSEC ‘Caitlin Cup’ raised £1,700+
November 2023: Northern Soul night raised £1,000+
January 2024: Caitlin was hospitalised for the remainder of the financial year. Charity activity significantly decreased from this point.
## AGM
The Team Caitlin AGM was held 24/02/24 with all Trustees present. The agreed actions from the meeting were:
- Colin Stringer to arrange further Northern Soul fundraising event for 08/11/2024
- Colin Stringer to discuss possibility of a ‘Caitlin Cup’ with BSEC organiser for upcoming Whilton Mill event
- Emily Stringer to design further promotional resources, and have these professionally produced
