The CIO was registered on 6 September 2023 as a replacement for registered charity 249235, Cerebral Palsy Mid-Staffordshire.

The trustees of the registered charity recommended to the trustees of the CIO that the registered charity should continue operating until the end of its financial year, 31 March 2024. The trustees of the CIO accepted this recommendation and consequently the CIO was dormant from 6 September 2023 until 31 March 2024 and no activities were carried out.
