Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Advance The Education Of Children At One Mile Primary School, Linden, Guyana, And Other Local Schools. We Will Achieve This Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities Not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority For Education At The Schools. We Aim To Better The Quality Of Education In This Area And Improve The Outcomes Of The Pupils In This Area. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
