Released to Change (RTC) is a West Midlands based registered charity which provides intentional, holistic support to prison leavers and people with criminal convictions who would otherwise have very little appropriate rehabilitation support. RTC provide wrap-around rehabilitation centered around providing stable accommodation.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit:3.1 The Advancement Of Education Through The Provision Of Training To Male Offenders, Ex-Offenders, Those At Risk Of Offending, Their Families And Dependents;3.2 The Advancement Of Public Education In All Matters Relating To The Criminal Justice System, Offenders, Ex-Offenders, Those At Risk Of Offending, Their Families And Dependents;3.3 The Relief Of Poverty And Disadvantage Of Male Offenders, Ex-Offenders, Those At Risk Of Offending, Their Families And Dependents Through The Promotion And Facilitation Of Entry Into Employment, Education Or Training And The Provision Of Peer-Support And Mentoring To Those Individuals.for The Purposes Of 3.1 To 3.3 Above “offenders, Ex-Offenders, Those At Risk Of Offending” Means Any Individual Who Has Committed Or Is Accused Or Is Suspected Of Having Committed Any Criminal Offence, Or Who Is To Be Or Has Been Subjected To Any Legal Or Administrative Process In Relation To The Same.
