Before Doing So They Must Obtain The Written Approval Of The Charity Commission For England And Wales ("the Commission") For The New Name.the Advancement Of Propagation Of Islam By: (i) Establishing The Social And Cultural Order Of Islam With A View Of Seeking The Pleasure Of Allah In This Life And In The Life Hereafter; (ii) Popularising Islamic Thoughts Through Discussions, Speeches, Publications And By Any Other Means Including The Setting Up Of Reading Rooms, Community Centres And By Providing Facilities For Regular Congregational Prayers;(iii) Making Provision For Recreational And Sports Facilities As May Be Required By The Members;(iv) Providing Social, Cultural And Educational Facilities For The Benefit Of The Community.the Institute And All Its Functions Will Be Based On The Holy Quran And Sunnah As Interpreted By Dawat Tabligh Hanifi Deobandi School Of Juristic Interpretattion. In The Time Of A Crisis Regarding Any Religious Affairs, The Final Decision Will Be Made By Banglewali Masjid, Nizzamuddin, Delhi Or By Whomsoever They Employ To Make That Decision. Their Decision Will Be Final And Binding.any Discrepancies In Regards To Religious Affairs\\ruling Will Be Made By Mashwarah (consultation) By Banglewali Masjid, Nizzamuddin, Delhi, Or By Whomsoever They Employ To Make That Decision. Any Decision They Come To Will Be Final And Binding In Regards To Religious Affairs\\ruling.the Executive Committee Consisting Of All Trustees, Management Committee, Principal Of Education And Head Of Sub Committees Of The Institute Will Run On A Mashwarah Basis According To Banglewali Masjid, Nizzamuddin, Delhi Or Whomever They Employ To Make That Decision By Mashwarah.
