Back in 2019, The OutHou8e'8 Board of Twstee8 propo8e(I to the AGM to mo
charity to a CIO. The OutHouse Trustees 8fter much delib&r8tlon, concluded th8t 8
different vehicle w88 required to hold the assets invested in the Charity and to take
forward the aim8 and purposes that it had been set up to achieve and further develop
the organisatlon. It was there conclusion that a CIO was the most 8ult8ble v8hlcle for
th18 purpos8.
The Intent of the CIO In this initial period is to establish the org8nls8tlon structure.

than £65.000. This is to ensure adequate provision for unforeseen expenditure. As at 31
March 2024. the charity had reserves of £899,652, of which £341.408 is r8$tri¢ted.
