**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: THE ALLEVIATION OF THE EFFECTS OF HYGIENE POVERTY BY WAY OF OPERATING A PERSONAL CARE AND HYGIENE BANK IN THE CITY OF SOUTHEND-ON-SEA. THE CARE BANK WILL SERVE THE COMMUNITY PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING FREE PERSONAL HYGIENE AND HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN ON A SELF-REFERRAL BASIS.

**Activities:** The objections of the CIO is the alleviation of the effects of hygiene poverty by way of operating a personal care and hygiene bank in the City of Southend-on-Sea. The Care Bank will serve the community primarily, but not exclusively, by providing free personal hygiene and household products for adults and children on a self-referral basis.
