Activities

We are a volunteer group working alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service to provide emergency response and care in the Broseley, Ironbridge and Much Wenlock areas of Shropshire.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity (‘The Objects’) Are: The Protection And Preservation Of Human Life And The Relief Of Sickness In Persons Within The Broseley, Much Wenlock And Severn Gorge Areas, And The Surrounding Settlements And Environs, Hereinafter To Be Called The Area Of Benefit. In Furtherance Thereof, But Not Otherwise The Charity Shall Seek: A) To Enable Volunteer First Responders To Provide Defibrillation, Cpr And Other Life-Saving Interventions In Accordance With Their Training; B) To Support Volunteer First Responders In Offering First Aid To Individuals And Communities Within The Area Of Benefit; C) To Raise Awareness Of Life Saving Techniques And The Need To Establish Early Intervention As A Means Of Increasing The Chances Of Saving Life; D) To Provide Free Of Charge Training In Defibrillation, Cpr And Other Life-Saving Interventions To Individuals And Communities Within The Area Of Benefit; E) To Work In Partnership With The West Midlands Ambulance Service In Furtherance Of These Aims And Objectives; F) To Do All Things As Will Properly Attain The Above Objects.
