**Objects:** TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PRE-MENOPAUSAL WOMEN CURRENTLY DIAGNOSED WITH PRIMARY BREAST CANCER AND THOSE WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD A DIAGNOSIS OF PRIMARY BREAST CANCER IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, LIVING IN THE SWINDON, WILTSHIRE AND GLOUCESTERSHIRE AREA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:A) PROVIDING SERVICES, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY STATUTORY AUTHORITIES WHICH WILL BENEFIT PATIENTS.B) WORKING TO IMPROVE THE UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE OF PRIMARY BREAST CANCER AMONGST THE PUBLIC.C) ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF SUFFERERS INCLUDING PRACTICAL HELP, COUNSELLING AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.

**Activities:** We build local networks for young women that have faced the life-changing diagnosis of breast cancer, in order to ensure they have the knowledge, friendship and support to move forward. Our focus is on providing comprehensive emotional and practical support where our holistic approach places these women at the centre of all we deliver.
