## **Trustees' Annual Report** 

EmpowerED is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered with the Charity Commission under charity number 1204494. 

During the financial year ended 5 April 2025, the charity remained in a development phase. All activities were conducted on a volunteer-led basis, primarily consisting of informal tutoring support for a small group of students, provided by volunteers in their spare time. 

The charity had no income and no expenditure during this period. All support activities were non-financial in nature and entirely volunteer-led. Accordingly, no financial transactions were recorded. 

The charity held no assets or liabilities as of 5 April 2025. 

The trustees remain committed to growing EmpowerED's operations and formalising programmes in the coming years, including the pursuit of external funding and community partnerships.
