**Activities:** Be Heard As One (BHAO) offers an intensive supervision, intervention, prevention, and mentoring support package as part of an overall comprehensive multi-agency support program for Children and Young People (CYP). We focus on personal, social, and educational development, particularly in areas with high poverty and deprivation, with the aim of building self-esteem, self-identity, and self-worth
