## **Objectives and Activities** 

The charitable purpose of El Shaddai Salvation Ministry UK is to advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the statement of faith in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom as the trustees from time to time may think fit. 

## **Public Benefit** 

The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit and are satisfied that the charity’s aims and intended activities are carried out for the benefit of the public. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

During the year ended 02 December 2025, the charity did not undertake any charitable activities. The period was primarily an establishment and administrative phase. 

## **Financial Review** 

Total income received during the year was £110. No expenditure was incurred. 

## **Plans for Future Periods** 

The trustees intend to commence charitable activities in future financial periods in line with the charity’s objectives.

## 1. Basis of preparation 

These accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charities Act and the Charity Commission’s guidance for smaller charities. 

## 2. Nature of income 

The total income of £110 received during the year relates to voluntary donations. 

## 3. Charitable activities and expenditure 

No charitable activities were undertaken during the year ended 02 December 2025 and no expenditure was incurred. 

## 4. Funds 

All funds held at the year end are unrestricted funds.
