Annual Report for ORMSKIRK RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL CLUB CHARITABLE INCORPORATED ORGANISATION (Charity no 1204464) 

The Club application was accepted and registered on 24[th] August 2023. 

The old members club required an EGM to vote for its dissolution and any assets to move to the new CIO. This took place on 19[th] January 2024, and it was proposed that this should occur at the end of the clubs year on 30[th] April 2024. 

Therefore there are no accounts or report for the period 24[th] August 2023 to 30[th] April 2024.
