Invited by OCC as Lead Local Flood Authority to be the first pilot of
setting up a group of Flood Wardens to be points of contact for Witney
residents with respect to flooding issues and the formation of local
emergency plans. Group is now established with seven members.
Presented and Exhibited at Witney Waterways Day.
Pressed the Environment Agency to maintain the River Windrush
appropriately and also to carry out a river survey.
All the above support our aims and objectives in being a pressure group
