**Objects:** TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES OR OTHER DISABILITIES, IN HULL, THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE, AND ELSEWHERE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; BY PREVENTING PEOPLE WITH SUCH DISABILITIES FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.

**Activities:** Hull Red's mission is to promote social inclusion for adults with learning disabilities, and other disabilities, primarily in Hull and East Yorkshire. Our main activities are; 1) hosting social events focused on music, the arts and nightlife, and 2) running a befriending project to support people to get out and enjoy gigs together.
