## **1. Structure, Governance, and Management**
IF AID is registered as a **Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)** and operates under its governing constitution, in accordance with the **Charities Act 2011** . The charity is managed by its trustees, who oversee its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The trustees are responsible for ensuring the CIO remains in good standing with the Charity Commission.
## **2. Objectives and Activities**
The charity’s objectives, as outlined in its governing document, are to pay or apply the capital and income of the Foundation to such charities or for such charitable purposes, in such proportions, and in such a manner, and subject to such terms and conditions as the Foundation may determine.
However, during the financial year, the charity **remained dormant** and did not carry out any activities, receive any income, or incur any expenditure.
## **3. Financial Review**
For the financial period 23/08/2023 – 19/05/2024. IF AID had **no financial transactions** aside from potential bank interest or minor administrative fees. The charity did not receive any income, donations, or grants.
