The Ch£rity isgovemed bythe provisions of 8 Trust Deed dated 191anuary 2023 end itwas granted charitable
status byth8 Charity Comrnission on 21 August 2023.

Lodge of Worcestershi￿. Upto a lurtherfourtrustees can be appointed bythe Provin¢ialGrsnd Ma8ter of
Worcestershirefor a period notexceeding Syears. In s&18Ctingtrusteesfor8ppointment, the Provin¢ial
Grand Master has regard to the skn11$. knowledge and experience needed forthe effective administration of
the Charity.
The Trustees meet at least four times per year working to a set agenda covering, inter 8118, finances and
inve8tmeni, grantmakingand fund raising.

In lurth8ring these objectives. the Trustees will consider applic8tions from any geographic81 area wiihin
England but preferencewill be given to the counties ofWor¢estershire, Warwickshire, and Stafford8hire.The
Trustees welcome applications from registered charitab18 bodies but. at their discretion, applications frorn
oiher voluntary bodies and individuals wll be considered. The goal is to rnake grants to a wide range of
beneficiaries, p8rticularly Erassroots and small-to-rnedium-8ized registered chaiitie$ and voluntary
organisation¥ inthe prim8rygeogr8phical ar88s of benefit.
In the period und8r review the Charity has operated only in the last quarter of 2024. In that period, it has
benelit8d from donations received from masonic charities and Lodges based in WorcestershiTe. It hès
supported Yeddies Loving Care, trLCI by puichasing teddy be8rs for distribution io hospitals in the county.
These are given to sick children- particularly those admitted to A &E and Minor Injury Units. It has aLso been
able to help food banks, a ch8rity connected to the loc81 acute hospital and a national charitywhich will be
supporting projects in Worcestershire. In the currentyearto date the Charityhas been ableto help tocaigood
eauseswith grants approximatinE 218000.
As a grant making charity, investment of funds Is an important ¢omponent of g8neratlnE incorno and capital
Browth to support the Charty's activities over the long t8rm. To that end. in the period under review, it h8s
invested in C01Ffunds.
The Trustees are gratefulfor the support rec8N8d from Charity Stewards and Lodge5 in Worcestershire and
from 1" January 2025, Ihe support of RoyalArch Chapters and their Charity Stewards. Without this generous
help the Trustees would not be able to help our local communities to the extent that we ar8 currently
gchieving.
Reserv89 poIIcy
At 31 December 2024 the Charity had restricied reserves of 2541 which r818te to TLC. In addition, it had
unrestricted reserve$whichth8Tiustees consider are adequate tofundthe Charity'sforeseeable activities.

reasonable, and to ensure thai app￿cableac¢oUntl￿g Standards havE been followed.
