REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
The Trustees. are pleased to present their annual report together with the financial statements of the
charity for the year ending 31, March 2024, which are also prepared to meet the requirement5 for
Annual report Charity Commission purposes.

The organisation was set in 2023, later becoming a registered charity.
The Charity was not active durin the financial period.
The Board of Trustees is accountable for ensuring the Charity's good governance, financial prudence and
solvency. The Trustees must also be sure that legal and human resources responsibilities are met and
that strategies and polities are tonsistent with the Charity's overall strategic objectives. To that purpuse,
throughout the year, the trustees pursued the Charit￿5 strategic plan in line with the Charity's mission
statement, Strategies and governance and as a focus for developing core capabilities, pursuing resources
and building a positive culture in the organisation.
OBJEcfivES AND AcnviTIES
Objertives and Aims
The objective of the Charity is supporting and empowering young people as they navigate their future
career paths. By providing guidance, mentorship, and resources, we help them identify and expand the
potential of their current skills. Our mission is to inspire confidence and self-awareness in youth,
equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed decisions and unlock new
opportunities in their personal and professional development. We aim to broaden their horizons,
helping them explore diverse career possibilities and fostering a mindset of growth and adaptability for
success in the ever-evolvinE job market. The Trusteess aims are-
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserves Policy
Informed by an appraisal of funding risk of the board of trustees pusued its policy whereby unrestricted
reserves, not committed or invested Ithe 'free reserves.), held by the Charity would be increased
whenever possible to cover at least three months of the Charity's operation. At this level, the board of
trustees assess they would be able to scale the activities of the Charity should there be a significant
reduction in funding. This remain5 one of the Trustees, key objectives for the coming year.
Plans for Future Periods
The Board of Trustees plans to grow and extend the Charity's activities in the forthcoming year. Plans
are also being developed and implemented for several initiatives to increase the Charitvs social value
and impact. We will also continue to seek the kind support of others via donètions. grants, CSR Charity
days, and local authority fees for support and training provision.

STATEMENT OF TRusfEES REPONSIBIUTIES
The Trustees are rep)nsible for preparin8 the Report of the Trustess and the finèntial statements in
accordance with applicable law and UK Actount Stsndards IUKGA4PI.
Company law requires the Trustees to prepare finèncial statement5 for each financial year which give a
true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resources and
applicatlon of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charitable compary for that
perlod. In preparing those financial statements, the Trustess are required to:
Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently. observe the methods and
principle5 in the Charity SORP
Make jud8ements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent
Prepare the financial statements on the 8oln8 Concern basis unless It is inappropriate to
presume that the charitable company will continue in business
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accountin8 records which disclose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial position of the ch?ritsble company and to enable them to ensure that
the financial statements tomply wlth the Companies Act 2CIJ6. They are also responsible for
safeguardin8 the a55ests of the charitsble company and hence for takin8 reasonable steps for the
prevention ènd detection of fraud and other Irregularltles.

I. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Income
All income is recognised in the Statement of Financial Activities once the charity has entitlement to the funds, it
is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.
Expenditure
Liabilitie5 are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or tonstructive obligation committin8 the
charity to that expendittjre, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and
the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and
has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be
directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the
use of resource5.
Taxation
The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.
