Current projections are the**<br>**lease will be signed in readiness for an**<br>**April 1st 2025 take over by the charity.**<br>**We have currently obtained core**<br>**funding from the Lottery and Warm**<br>**Spaces grant from Neath Port Talbot**<br>**council in readiness for this take over**<br>**The amounts of each are shown in our**<br>**annual returns statement.**|
