## Trustees Annual report – 17/08/23-31/12/24 

There have been no transactions or charitable activities for charity number 1204382 during the financial year 17[th] August 2023 – 31[st] December 2024. 

Bradfield & Rougham Baptist church currently functions under charity number 1151214 and is in the process of being transferred to a CIO under charity number 1204382. The delay is due to the solicitors completing all necessary asset transfers which include unregistered land. 

It is the hope that from 1[st] January 2026 the CIO will be fully functioning, replacing the current unincorporated trust.
