Structure, Governance and Management
Missionaries of the Sacred Hearts CIO is governed by its Constitution as a Charitable Inwrporaled
Organisalion. Trustees are appointed according to the prO￿dureS outlined in the governing document. The
trustees collectively manage the charity's strategic direction, governance, and finances, ensuring compliance
with charity law and the Charity Commission's guidance. Regular trustee meetings are held to monitor
progress, manage resources responsibly, and plan futLJre activities.
Objectives and Activities
The objects of the CIO are for the public benefit.. To advance the Christian faith in such ways and in such
parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Iruslees from lime lo lime may think fit, for the benefit of the
public through missionary and outreach work., raising awareness and understanding of religious beliefs and
practices by supporting and encouraging other Christian religious societies and institutions and individuals lo
reach their communities effectively with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the holding of prayer meetings,
worship, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, evangelism, healing outreaches, all in accordance
with the statements of belief appearing in the Schedule.
Main Activities
During the year, the charity engaged in prayer meetings, worship Servi￿$, and outreach programmes
throughout England, providing pastoral care, counselling, and collaboration with other Christian ministries.
Public Benefit
The trustees confirm compliance with the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. Al activities are
designed to advance the Christian faith and contribute to the spiritual and social well-being of communities
across England.

Achievements and Performance
The charily held multiple prayer and worship events, supported local churches, expanded digital outreach,
and provided ongoing spiritual guidance lo individuals and families.
Financial Review
Total Income.. £6,860
Total Expenditure.. £1,500
Income derived from donations and voluntary support. Expenditure covered missionary activities and
administration. Surplus funds are retained for future outreach work.
Reserves Policy
The trustees maintain sufficient resetves to cover al least three months of operating costs, ensuring stability
and sustainability.
Risk Management
Risks, including financial and operational risks, are reviewed regularly, with systems in place lo mitigate them
through sound financial control and trLJStee oversight.
Plans for Future Periods
The charity plans to expand missionary work, strengthen partnerships with Christian organisations, increase
volunteer engagement, and develop digital ministries.
Trustees, Responsibilities Statement
The trustees are responsible for preparing this annual report and the financial statements in accordance with
UK accounting standards and charity law. They ensure that records are properly maintained and that the
financial statements present a true and fair view of the charity's activities.
