**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF MEN WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES THAT ARE HAVING A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON THEIR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, BY PROVIDING PSYCHO-SOCIAL INTERVENTIONS, SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.

**Activities:** Mandem Meetup is a grass roots charity that is peer led and non clinical. We provide safe spaces for men and boys to show up as themselves without judgement or expectation. Through pyscho-social interventions we are building a community for men and boys to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
