Activities & Objectives
The main activities and objectives of the charity is to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of faith included within the charity’s constitution.
Signifcant Activities
During July 2023 to July 2024, along with its regular services and online activities, the charity also held its annual convocation and other community outreach events. Sadly, this did not seem to impact the wider community, as membership has decreased.
Public Beneft
The charity has provided, and some from the community benefitted from dry goods and other non-perishable items distributed. We have also held a feeding service on the 4[th] Sunday of the month for various months. Where the members and wider community were fed during the service, while encouraging and facilitating questions and feedback.
The men’s department held a successful gathering where members and the wider community were encouraged about talking to people to lower suicide among particularly black men. They were encouraged to keep open lines of communication and to seek help when needed.
The charity continues to outreach to the community through movie nights, games evening, fellowship sessions and other events to engage the community. There are weekly programs and trainings and teachings accessible to not only members of King‘s Chapel, to also the local community. To aid with overheads, some programs are held online.
The charity also aided children through Compassion UK, by monthly donations.
Structure, Governance and Management
King’s Chapel is governed by its foundation constitution as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, (CIO) as defined by the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) regulations 2012 of the Charities Act of 2011. The Charity is not registered with Companies House.

Organisational Structure
King’s Chapel Ashford of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW) was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), with the Charities Commission on August 14[th] , 2023, formed to take over the operations, asset and liabilities of the unincorporated Trust, King’s Chapel Ashford, Pentecostal Assemblies of the Word (PAW).
