STRUCTURE AND DETAILS OF HOW THE FOUNDATION RECRUITS TRUSTEE AND HOW IS BEING MANAGED
The Trustees hold monthly online meetings where issues are discussed, agreed and minutes are taken.
Ivie Ikediashi Chairman CEO, receives reports from all head of departments of the foundation.
Ann Okojie (Finance Director) supervises the financial activities of the foundation
Obbor Kenneth Egho (Information Technology ) manages and ensures all required information as regards the foundation is updated on the website of the foundation for public use.
Agbonmen Odeh (Welfare Director) oversees the general distribution of grants to the direct beneficiaries.
Alfred Osawe (Fund raising Director) administers how funds are being sourced for the foundation.
Other Trustee members administer in the general operation of the foundation in various levels of professionalism.
TRUSTEES were recruited base on the individual professionalism. None of the Trustees receives salary, wages or incentives presently.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDATION

The foundation aims to provide semi-skill professional based training (Such as brick layering, carpentry, tailoring, hair dressing, basic IT skills etc.) for the less privilege, youth, leading to being self-employed and self-sufficient.
We are committed to reducing the poverty rate in villages and under developed towns through skill acquisitions and empowerment programs thereby promoting decent work and economic growth from rural to the urban settlement leading to sustainable impacts.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE FOUNDATION

C Aside grants, the foundation provided services to individuals and organizations.

D Provisions of advocacy, advice and information to people, this enabled them had free professional advice from the foundation which eventually assisted them improve their outputs.
FINANCIAL REVIEW AND ANY FUND HELD AS A CUSTODIAN TRUSTEE

A The foundation was a newly registered charity organization (10-August-2023) with purpose of preventing and relieving less privilege people from poverty in various ways at her capacity. Financial activities for the first year were minimal, but the foundation plans to expand the financial activities by next financial year.

B No fund was held by any of the trustee as the available fund at the end of the financial year is being held by Unity trust bank PO Box7193, Planetary Road, Wille hall WV1 9DG with account number 20499866.
GENERAL REPORT
PEA foundation (CIO) is a registered charity foundation with the Charity Commission UK with registration number 1204318 on 10-AUGUST-2023.
The foundation presently has 10-member Trustees who are responsible for the effective management and administration of the foundation.
The foundation whose office is situated in 18 Sylvan Hill, Upper Norwood, London SE19 2QE is being chaired by Mrs. Ivie Ehinor IKEDIASHI. The foundation was formed and registered with the purpose of reliving and preventing poverty among less privilege people.
As a newly registered foundation we aim to focus on children, women, young people and destitute in making grants available for them. Though, the foundation’s financial activities are minimal presently, we have determined to expand and increase grants to the beneficiaries through sourcing for more funds by the trustees.
A bank account has been opened with Unity trust bank account with a closing balance of 643pounds.
