**Activities:** A Little Bit of Sunshine is the charity transforming how young people engage with and shape mental health support. We believe young people are the experts in their own experiences. That is why we are working to bridge the gap between young people and decision makers. We want to ensure mental health support is not just effective but truly reflects the real challenges young people face today.
