The Iyu8tees continued to develop their under8tarKllng of governan￿ and
operation. The trustees consider that its system of management reporting
is excellent for a charity of this size arKI profi￿. The Charity held a launch
event which was very wdl attended and followed this with other themed
events which have brought people together arourKI i68ues of concem
relating to ethnic and re1￿lOuS hamlony in South YoFkshire.

The tru8tees have conshjered charlty's requiremerrts for reserve8 In
the light of the main risks to the organisation. Since there are no
employees and no 8ignrficant regular outgoings, it ha8 been decided that
