Structure, Governance and Management

New Temple C&S Church is governed by its constitution and managed by its Trustees, who are responsible for the overall governance and financial management of the church.

The Trustees meet regularly to oversee the activities of the church and ensure that resources are used effectively to support its religious and charitable purposes.

Objectives and Activities

The church's objectives are to:

New temple C&S Church aim to advance the Christian religion in the United Kingdom for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures producing and/or celebrating literature on the Christian religion to enlighten others about the religion, pastoral care and outreach activities and the

celebration of religious festivals and by means of broadcasting the Christian religion message of an evangelist and teaching nature.

The church continued its regular worship services and community activities during the reporting period.

Volunteer Contribution

The Trustees wish to acknowledge and thank the volunteers who supported the activities of the church throughout the year.

No salaries, wages, or remuneration were paid during the financial year. The church relied entirely on volunteers support for the delivery of its activities and administration.

Financial Review

During the year ended 31 December 2025:

Despite the deficit, the Trustees remain committed to maintaining the church's activities and continue to seek opportunities to strengthen financial sustainability through fundraising and increased congregational support.

Reserves Policy

Due to the limited level of income received during the year, the church's reserves remain minimal. The Trustees will continue to monitor financial resources closely and seek to improve reserve levels where possible.

Trustees' Responsibilities

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Annual Report and Financial Statements in accordance with applicable law and accounting principles.

The Trustees believe that the financial statements present a true and fair view of the financial position of the church for the period ended 31 Dec. 2025.
