I can confirm the above charity was dormant and had no income and spending from period 01/06/2024 to 31/05/2025. 

I am further aware that the annual return for the period 08/08/2023 to 31/05/2024 has been submitted incorrectly. Please can this be reflected and can this be amended since the charity has never traded.
