## How is the charity managed: 

The Ebi foundation is managed through regular meetings occurring every 21 – 28 days where we discuss Wish applications, Progress with events through preparation and planning, accounts, and any pressing concerns. The direction of the charity is governed through a majority vote with direction and ideas put forward by the committee of trustees. 

## How we recruit trustees: 

New trustees are to be proposed by the existing board and discussed during our meetings. The successful candidate will need to be DBS checked, and interviewed with the majority vote given at the end of the meeting to ensure a fair an honest overview of onboarding new trustees. 

## 2023 -2024 Activities and Objectives: 

- Establish 2 major fundraising events. 

- Help Three families or individuals living with a terminal illness 

- Raise over £10,000 

Between August 2023 and April 2024, The Ebi foundation helped various families and granted wishes such as providing a generator to support a young girl who is living on a CPAP machine and her family by helping relieve the stress of constant power cuts and being blue lighted to hospital. The Ebi foundation created a winter wonderland for a young boy given only a year to live have the best first Christmas with his family and The Ebi foundation provided an electric wheel chair for a woman who has a spinal disease to help her recover her independence. 



The Ebi Foundation planned and coordinated a casino themed Ball, and a highly successful golf day and raised over £10,000.
