THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID COURSES TO INDIVIDUALS III. THE CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A NETWORK OF VOLUNTEERS, TO BENEFIT THE WELLBEING OF THE PUBLIC SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH WITHIN THE UK. IV. THE PROMOTION OF AWARENESS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FREE INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SIGNPOSTING SERVICE
