It was recognised that new bank accounts for the CIO needed to be opened and functioning before this action could be taken. Unfortunately. this has proved almost impossible due to the time it istaken for the bank to open the new a¢￿Unts and to get the local authorittes in both Hampshire and Surrey. to pay into these accounts. Our Finance Manager has been striving to complete this actlon over the lastyear and has only just recently received notification from the bank Ihatthe accounts are now up and running and thatthe local authority are now paying into these accounts.
