Para 1.17 and 1.19	Cylch Meithrin Y Gelli's priority is the happiness and safety of every child - the best possible care is offered in a happy and homely atmosphere, and an opportunity for every child to learn through play and develop to their full potential. The room contains equipment, toys and resources of the highest quality, which reflect the needs, development and age of the children. Blaenoriaeth Cylch Meithrin Y Gelli yw hapusrwydd a diogelwch pob plentyn – cynigir y gofal gorau posib mewn awyrgylch hapus a chartrefol, a chyfle i bob plentyn ddysgu trwy chwarae a datblygu i’w lawn botensial. Mae’r ystafell yn cynnwys offer, teganau ac adnoddau o’r ansawdd uchaf, sy’n adlewyrchu anghenion, datblygiad ac oedran y plant.

Achievements and Performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	The Cylch continues to provide high quality, Welsh medium education provision for children from 2 years old. Parent/guardian satisfaction is high and many sessions during the week are operating at full capacity. The Cylch maintains an excellent relationship with the adjoining primary school and provides an excellent feeder system to its nursery class. Mae'r Cylch yn parhau i ddarparu addysg cyfrwng Cymraeg o ansawdd uchel i blant o 2 oed. Mae boddhad rhieni/gwarcheidwaid yn uchel ac mae llawer o sesiynau yn ystod yr wythnos yn gweithredu i'w llawn gapasiti. Maer Cylch yn cynnal perthynas ardderchog<br>gydar ysgol gynradd gyfagos ac yn darparu system fwydo ardderchog i`w dosbarth

Financial Review

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	The Cylch has experienced higher expenditure costs during this financial year due to rising costs relating to staff wages, staff restructuring, heating costs and increased inflation. Fundraising revenue doubled from the previous year due to the hard work of the fundraising committee. The Cylch continues to take action to review the fees and increase the hourly childcare fee in order to offset rising costs where necessary, and now offers childcare from 2 years of age which has resulted in increased income from fees. Mae'r Cylch wedi profi costau gwariant uwch yn ystod y flwyddyn ariannol hon oherwydd costau cynyddol yn ymwneud â chyflogau staff, ail-strwythuro staff, costau gwresogi a chwyddiant uwch. Mae refeniw codi arian wedi dyblu diolch i ymdrechion y pwyllgor codi arian newydd. Mae'r Cylch yn parhau i gymryd camau i gynyddu'r ffi gofal plant fesul awr er mwyn gwrthbwyso y costau cynyddol ble bo angen, ac hefyd yn cynnig lle o 2 oed erbyn hyn, sydd wedi arwain at godiad incwm.
