Janet Norman13' original trustee) resigned November 24 and post of Treasurer handed over to Mark Humphreys. 7 members and recruiting by word of mouth and attending functions We are a sea rch and rescue organisation for people and animals. We are based in West Cumbria but can be asked to help search and rescue out of the County. Volunteers a re trained weekly to a high level for water and remote searching. Time Spent Esta blishing ties with outside organisations for joint rescues. Maryport-in-shore. Lake District Mountsin Rescue, Morecambe Bay Rescue, Cumbria Emergency Services, dog handlers and drone operatives. Esta blishing ties with orga nisers of public events, not only to provide accident cover at events but also raise funds for training members and buying equipment.
